Marty and Sharon have several rentals. We do most of the maintenance ourselves and have great contractors for items we cannot handle - plumbing, electrical, appliance repair. Because we pay our contractors immediately, they give our calls priority.

Marty has had rentals for more than 30 years. He is a retired Real Estate agent.

We also enjoy gardening and propagation. We practice near organic gardening, depending on compost instead of commercially available products for soil amendments and fertilizers. Check out our Backyard Nursery for currently available plants.
